How the social sciences can help us face an uncertain future? During the CIVICA conference on 15 March, policymakers, researchers and practitioners gathered online to discuss two highly relevant challenges for Europe and the world today: international security and authoritarianism. Watch>>
The first edition of the European Student Assembly took place in Strasbourg on 3-4 March. The event, designed to promote civic participation and to involve students in the European decision-making process, gathered 275 students from 38 European University alliances and 28 European countries. Selected in 2019 by the European Commission among the pilot European Universities, CIVICA brings together eight leading European higher education institutions, with a total of 50,000 students & PhDs, and 10,000 academic staff.
